Passport to Music– a two year project for 25 excluded young people that supports their composing, songwriting and ensemble playing skills, inspired by working with leading Jazz, Hip Hop, Folk and World Musicians.
Midway Express- developing the first local ‘Caribbean inspired’ carnival troupe in Midway and Newhall that creates their own costumes, dances and local parade.
Voices in the Kiln– using augmented reality to enable visitors to Sharpe’s Pottery Museum to see Victorian children talking to young people from 2020 about their lives in the Pottery Industry.
Life is for Living– a documentary film project led by the older people themselves, that captures the life saving importance of a supportive peer group for couple affected by dementia.
The Peace Garden, Hatton- using land art and a specially commissioned sculpture to create a new landmark symbolic of eternity, unity and reflection.
Covid-19 and Me- using large scale puppets and social storytelling to support SEN young people understand the new COVID-19 social norms of social distancing and masks. Funded by Big Lottery Community Fund.
Youth Leadership programme- creating a training course for young people to become Trustees, an in-house youth apprenticeship scheme and upgrading our website to support more creative activity for children and young people to happen online.
