This year Festival of Leisure was a celebration of 25 years of South Derbyshire twinning with Toyota City.

To mark this People Express invited artist Steph Coley to lead drop-in Japanese lantern-making sessions across the weekend. Families of all ages joined us to design and make their beautiful lanterns.

Attendees were also invited to try Japanese Scroll printing and enjoy a beautiful exhibition of scrolls made by participants of The Welcome Back Cafe project.
