Thanks to funding from The Mighty Creatives Network Grants, People Express and Pennine Way will be hosting an event on Monday 7th February to bring local schools together to share creative practice and to provide an opportunity for teachers and support staff to take part in a CPD Djembe Drumming workshop with Zimbabwean drummer Tafi Mushuku.

The event will be an opportunity for local schools to sign up to join a new creative network that will be focussed on bringing quality arts and culture to children and young people.

The event will also be an opportunity for local schools to meet members of staff from People Express and The Mighty Creatives, and learn more about Artsmark and Arts Award.

The event is free to attend.
